Should I buy this? Humph. How nice. It's from Forever21 - the shop which I always criticize to be untidy and provided lousy service when I got a voucher for Biu. By the time I decide, it's probably gone.I seem to be shopping alot huh? Nah.. just using up the vouchers tt friends and family gave. I shop in spurts. So definitely not gonna shop for a long, long time after this.
